During this introductory meeting, we’ll explore your self-love journey, discuss your goals, and identify obstacles. This session provides clarity and sets the foundation for a personalized life coaching roadmap. I will be contacting you via email to either send virtual meeting details or to set up an in-person meet up that is within a 15mile radius from Sunnyvale, Ca.

During personalized coaching sessions, I prioritize establishing a connection and understanding your goals and challenges. With me by your side, as a trusted guide and cheerleader, we will work together on a journey of self-discovery, self- acceptance and empowerment. I will involve a combination of reflective exercises, measurable action planning, and tools to help you identify and replace limiting beliefs, self-critical thoughts and negative patterns that are holding you back from your divine purpose and own authenticity in self-love.
